JANITOR
POSITION PURPOSE
To execute cleaning task as per SOPs into production areas.
Act as back up to production worker.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
1. Perform cleaning task as per SOPs in production areas.
2. Record cleaning activities into logbook.
3. Kept track of production consumable inventory and report any need for ordering.
4. Store production consumable into dedicated area and keep dedicated area clean and ordered.
5. Ensure that the area is organized and maintained in such a way as to improve effectiveness and safety on a continuous basis.
6. Perform necessary housecleaning activities.
7. Keep assigned areas cleaned and organized.
8. Ensure understanding of all Health & Safety instructions/rules.
9. Adhere to in-house H & S policies and procedures.
10. Act as production worker upon supervisor request.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Secondary studies completed and a minimum 2 years’ experience in pharma environment.
2. Familiar with GMP regulations.
3. Bilingual – Including English or French.
4. Effective management of time and priorities.
5. Be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to establish interpersonal relations easily.
6. Have a developed sense of customer service.
HANDLER
POSITION PURPOSE
To support packaging activities by handling material within and from packaging areas vs warehouses. Act as production worker when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
1.Handle packaging material and equipment within the production area and from warehouse to production areas.
2.Ensure that the area is organized and maintained in such a way as to improve effectiveness and safety on a continuous basis.
3.Perform necessary housecleaning activities.
4.Keep assigned areas cleaned and organized.
5.Quickly learn optimal operating layout and procedures.
6.Ensure understanding of all Health & Safety instructions/rules.
7.Adhere to in-house H & S policies and procedures.
8.Handle finished product or another object with load up to 20Kg.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Secondary studies completed and a minimum 2 years’ experience with packaging pharma activities.
2. Familiar with GMP regulations.
3. Capable of handling load up to 20 Kg.
4. Bilingual – including English or French.
5. Good analytical skills, rigor, and organization.
6. Effective management of time and priorities.
7. Be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to establish interpersonal relations easily.
8. Have a developed sense of customer service.
SETUP MECHANIC
POSITION PURPOSE
To perform set-up, maintenance, operation, and cleaning of packaging equipment to ensure that production equipment is operating optimally with a minimum downtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
1. Perform set-up of machines and equipment according to the plan or instructions.
2. Make adjustments as needed to the production equipment during operation.
3. Maintain tooling and equipment in excellent working condition to facilitate the reduction of set-up & downtime.
4. Disassemble machine, wash all parts according to cleaning instructions, and replace all broken or worn parts.
5. Respond to down equipment and operator problems in order to meet daily production schedule.
6. Document production activities in master batch record and logbooks.
7. Maintain process controls on critical processes through maintenance of tooling and equipment, troubleshooting, and problem solving with the operators.
8. Troubleshoot and maintain all production equipment.
9. Ensure that the area is organized and maintained in such a way as to improve effectiveness and safety on a continuous basis.
10. Keep assigned areas clean and organized.
11. Adhere to in-house H & S policies and procedures.
12. Execute P.M. work order and complete documentation.
13. Assist other maintenance personnel with the completion of their maintenance task.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Mechanic or electro-mechanic degree or equivalency or relevant experience.
2. Familiar with GMP regulations.
3. Bilingual (suitable)- Spoken and written – (English/French).
4. Good analytical skills, rigor, and organization.
5. Effective management of time and priorities.
6. Be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to establish interpersonal relations easily.
7. Have a developed sense of customer service.
PRODUCTION WORKER
POSITION PURPOSE
To execute packaging task in an effective, accurate and safe manner with minimum downtime
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
1. Perform repetitive manual tasks as required.
2. Perform and document all necessary quality checks of products and equipment. Visually inspect product for defects, setting aside defective items.
3. Perform basic quality control functions of machine operations.
4. Ensure that the area is organized and maintained in such a way as to improve effectiveness and safety on a continuous basis.
5. Perform necessary housecleaning activities.
6. Quickly learn the operating methods and procedures.
7. Safely operate semi-automated machines after they are set up by more skilled mechanics.
8. Ensure understanding of all Health & Safety instructions/rules.
9. Adhere to in-house H & S policies and procedures.
10. Handle finished product or another object with load up to 20Kg.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Secondary studies completed and a minimum 5 years’ experience with packaging pharma equipment.
